Your Mission

As an ambassador for our client, Bell Canada, you must have a desire to succeed in sales! Your mission is to enhance your customers experience by promoting, ethically recommending and proactively selling solutions to Bell Canada customers!

What It Takes To Be Succesful

  • Sales – Upselling is a critical part of this job. Previous experience selling on commission or in a call centre will move you to the front of the line.
  • Computer Savvy – Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new programs is essential to your success in our call centre.
  • Flexibility – Many of our shifts involve evenings and weekends, so the ability to work flexible hours is crucial.
  • Communication – You need strong written and verbal communication skills to excel in this role.
  • Customer Service – We want our clients to feel your smile through the phone!

What We Offer

  • Full-time & part-time positions with the opportunity for overtime & advancement.
  • A solid base pay of $15.00 plus monthly commissions (avg agent makes an additional $2.00/hour).

Hours Of Operation

Monday-Friday: 11:00am-9:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am-6:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm-5:00pm
